 Dear Parents, It was wonderful to see many of you at the PTO event this weekend. Thank you for making time to attend the event. In case you missed the Back to School Evening for Grade 1-5, here is link to my presentation. The “Welcome-Back Video” featuring our ES Staff will also be viewable on our ASW Webpage very soon. Our morning drop off time is very busy. The curbside nearest the Elementary School is a “Kiss and Go” zone. Parents and drivers can unload students at that point, but must drive on. No parking curbside please! A reminder, I will be away attending a portion of the Grade 5 trip (Wednesday and Thursday: September 6 and 7). Although I will remain connected via email, the ES Office Team is ready to help you in my absence. Early Release Day- Wednesday, September 13- No Late Start On September 13 ASW will host a Professional Development afternoon for staff. Our schedule on that day will be different. Students will arrive to school in time to start at 8:30 and will be dismissed at 11:30. The Elementary School will run a modified schedule. Lunch will not be served. Your classroom teacher will be in touch regarding specialist classes on that day. Please check Teacher Blogs for the most up to date information.
